Irish Dance Emporium wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Should you find this is not the case, please contact us and we will make every effort to make it right.

You may return merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date for exchange or refund provided merchandise is in its original condition and original packaging.  Original condition means the shoes must not show any signs of wear, visible or otherwise, or be soiled or damaged in any way.  Merchandise not in original condition, or that shows signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted and the customer will pay the cost of return shipping and handling.  Merchandise not in the original packaging will incur a repackaging charge.  Once we have received your returned merchandise we will process your exchange or refund.  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our error.

If you are in a hurry for an exchange contact us immediately.  If we don't have what you need in stock we will special order it with payment in advance.  When we receive the returned merchandise in original condition in the original packaging, we will credit you.

Because of health regulations, we cannot accept returns on body glue.

Please understand that merchandise kept for more than 30 days is non-refundable.  If the merchandise is in original condition in the original packaging, it can be exchanged.

Pack the merchandise, in it's original packaging, securely in a shipping envelope or box and include a copy of your packing slip and/or receipt and the reason for return.  Please note that writing on or affixing shipping labels to the original packaging will result in a repackaging charge.

You are free to choose any carrier you wish, but since we cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in return shipment, please insure all items shipped.
